Santa & his Reindeer
Reindeer sleigh crossing the Arctic Circle
We will discover more, by starting the day with a visit to see the reindeer and soak in some Lappish culture accompanied by Santa’s helpers. We will start the day by taking a short, relaxing reindeer sleigh ride and attend a special ceremony of crossing the Arctic Circle, where we will even receive a Diploma for crossing the Arctic Circle. After visiting with the reindeer, a toboggan slide is waiting for the whole family to enjoy. As a really special treat, children also get to test their skills on a mini snowmobile ride.
Meeting with Santa
In the afternoon, our trip continues to the Santa Claus Village, a magical place full of wonder. With shops full of colourful Christmas delights, sparkling Christmas lights, and the opportunity to send postcards from Santa’s post office. Most exciting of all, we will get to meet Santa Claus himself in his own workshop before heading back to our hotel for a buffet dinner.
Optional Aurora Borealis hunting photo tour
Whether you are a photography enthusiast or a nature lover, enjoy the opportunity to capture the mesmerizing beauty of the Northern Lights, also known as the Aurora Borealis. The guide will take you to a remote, dark-sky location away from light pollution, enhancing the chances of seeing the Aurora clearly.
Please note, that weather in Arctic regions can be unpredictable, there's no guarantee you'll see the lights on any given night due to weather conditions.
