1. How Content May Be Shared 

• Via Upload Form: By submitting your photos or videos through the form above, you agree they may be used for marketing purposes, including (but not limited to) on our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and printed materials.

2. Your Rights and Permissions By uploading content via the form you:

Grant Travel Department a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use the submitted image(s) or video(s) (“Content”) across our marketing and communications channels. These include, but are not limited to, our website, social media platforms, email newsletters, printed brochures, and other promotional materials. 

• Confirm that:
  • You own the rights to the Content or have full permission to share it. You have obtained consent from any recognisable individuals featured.
  • Our use of the Content does not infringe on any third-party rights or break any applicable laws.
  • Agree that no payment or further compensation is required for this usage, and you release Travel Department and its affiliates from any claims related to the use of your Content as outlined above.
• You can withdraw your consent to your images being displayed at anytime by directly contacting Travel Department.

1. Competition entries can only be accepted through the form above.
2. Closing date for entries is February 28th
3. The prize comprises a guided group tour for 2 to Lake Garda, Venice & Verona departing Dublin on 1st October 2026 and returning on 8th October 2026.
4. The prize includes return flights from Dublin, transfers, guided excursions and 7 nights accommodation on a half-board basis. Note: Travel insurance and checked-in baggage are not included and must be purchased separately at the prize winner’s own cost. Full details of the holiday can be found here.
5. The winner must be available to travel on the specified dates and make their own way to Dublin Airport. The prize is as offered, and no cash alternative will apply.
6. Only one winner will be selected and the prize is non transferable.
7. Entry is for people of 18 years of age and over and resident in the Republic of Ireland or United Kingdom.
8. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules will be disqualified.
9. Travel Department's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Travel Department reserve the right to change any aspect of the prize.
11. Employees or agents of Travel Department, and their families or other persons connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
12. Travel Department are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
13. The winner may be required to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity undertaken by Travel Department.
14. Entry to this competition shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms & conditions.
15. Travel Department reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.
16. By submitting their photos or videos, all participants agree to their use for marketing purposes, including social media and email campaigns.
17. The winner will be selected only from entries submitted using the upload icon above.
18. Competition will run between 4th - 28th February 2026.
19. Only photographs or videos submitted within the competition dates will be considered.
20. Winner will be selected on 9th March 2026.
21. The winner will be notified via email or by phone. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, another winner will be selected.
