Arrive in Malta and transfer to hotel
On arrival in Malta, you will meet your local representative before transferring to your hotel in Mellieha or St Paul’s Bay, depending on your chosen date of travel.
Breakfast is included on each day of your stay in Malta, and it may be possible to upgrade to half board for a supplement.

Valletta
Guided Tour of Valletta - Malta's UNESCO Capital
Begin the day with a friendly welcome meeting and a refreshing drink, where our expert local guide will introduce the days ahead and share what to expect from your Malta and Gozo holiday.
We’ll then set off to discover some of the highlights of Valletta, Malta’s vibrant capital city on our half-day guided tour.
- Start at the Upper Barrakka Gardens for views over the Grand Harbour
- Next, visit St John’s Co-Cathedral and see its marble-inlaid floor, Flemish tapestries and the Caravaggio masterpieces viewed in the Oratory
- Briefly stop for refreshments and sample Malta’s iconic soft drink, Kinnie, paired with a traditional savoury pastry known as pastizzi
- Walk past the famous Grand Masters’ Palace and St George’s Square
- Stop at the Malta Experience to enjoy the Malta 5D audiovisual show, which depicts Malta throughout the ages
- Take some free time for lunch, which is not included
- Explore independently or browse the shops

Gozo
Gozo and Ggantija Temples Guided Tour
Today, discover Gozo on a full-day guided tour, an unforgettable highlight of many Malta Gozo holidays.
- After a short ferry crossing, photograph Mgarr harbour where colourful boats rest on the blue waters
- We’ll then continue to the Megalithic Temples of Ġgantija, among the oldest free-standing monuments in the world
- Next, explore Victoria, Gozo’s medieval capital
- Then, visit the fjord-like bay at Xlendi and the inland sea at Dwejra
- Lunch is included today at a local restaurant.
- Enjoy some free time to shop for local crafts, including handmade lace and knitted garments, or sit at a pavement café and soak up Gozo’s calm island atmosphere
Later in the afternoon, you will transfer back to your hotel, where the rest of your evening is at leisure.

Mdina
Guided Tour of Mdina, Mosta, Dingli Cliffs and Rabat
Today, we’ll set off on a full-day excursion to the fortified city of Mdina.
- On the way, we’ll stop in Mosta, home to one of Europe’s largest and most impressive domes
- We’ll continue to the cliffs at Dingli, where you can appreciate panoramic views across the surrounding landscape
- Next, visit the Christian catacombs of St Paul in Rabat
- Explore this archaeological site, with its extensive system of underground galleries and tombs
- Lunch is included today at a local restaurant
- After lunch, visit Mdina, set in the central part of Malta
- You will have free time to explore its streets and gardens at your own pace.
After a fascinating day of sightseeing, return to your hotel for a restful evening.
Guided Tour of The Three Cities
Guided Tour of Vittoriosa, Cospicua and Senglea
Today, discover more of Malta with a guided half-day tour of the Grand Harbour area, where we’ll visit Vittoriosa, Cospicua and Senglea, collectively known as the Three Cities.
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for your walking tour of Vittoriosa.
- Our expert guide will start by leading you through its narrow, beautifully preserved streets
- We’ll pass Fort St Angelo and continue towards the Vittoriosa waterfront
- We’ll then experience a traditional harbour boat cruise on a Dgħajsa with memorable views
- After the boat tour, visit Senglea Garden, situated at the tip of the peninsula
- From here, you can enjoy picturesque views of the Grand Harbour
At Leisure in Sliema
In the afternoon, take some free time in the bustling seaside town of Sliema. You can explore the seafront promenade, cafés and shops before transferring back to your hotel.
Your final evening is free to relax, relish in the company of new friends and reflect on your holiday in Malta and Gozo.
