How can I pay my balance?

Balance payments can be made over the phone or online by debit or credit card, cheque, postal order, bank draft or bank transfer. Please check our bank details here

When is my balance due?

The total balance will be due 10 weeks prior to departure

When will I be sent my tickets?

Travel documents (tickets and itinerary) will be emailed to you approximately 10 days prior to your departure, with the exception of holidays using flights with Ryanair (5 days prior to departure) and EasyJet (7 days)

What is my baggage allowance?

In general, the baggage allowance is hand luggage of 10kg per person included for all holidays. There is a charge for checked in luggage on European holidays, unless otherwise stated. All long-haul holidays include checked in luggage. Please check our Baggage Allowance details here

How can I add my passport information to my booking?

You can enter your passport details online by managing a single booking or you can pass these details on to our Sales Team over the phone by calling 01 637 1650
